Hospice Valley serves the entire Los Angeles County. Even if our corporate office is not located in your city, we have hundreds of medical staff located around Los Angeles County. It is our staff that makes our care possible for inpatient and outpatient hospice care.

What to expect when you contact us
The starting process to hospice care starts by you contacting us via phone or email. When you call us our phone representative will answer any questions you may have regarding hospice care. If you are interested in enrolling with us the phone representative will ask for basic information. This includes a brief overview of the patient’s condition, age, and location. After getting the information, the phone representative will try to schedule a free in home assessment. We work around your schedule, you let us know when it will be a good day and time to schedule a representative to meet you.
When the representative meets with you:
- Discuss hospice services and answer any questions you may have
- Go over Medicare and insurance information
- Complete a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s condition
- If the family agrees, admission into the hospice care program
